The standard warranty of box trailers is 12 months, additional 12 month warranty is available for 10% of RRP of the trailer.
Warranty of Tent is 12 months, Additional 12 month warranty is optional for $300.
7 Day money back guarantee providing the trailer has not been used and in original condition, i.e. no modification or damage.
Any Return has to be within 7 days Period , starting from when item is picked up by either buyer or courier/transporter; The to-be-returned item needs to be unused and in brand new condition.
$250 Administration/Re-stocking Fee applies if order is cancelled.
Warranty only covers factory faults, but not damages caused by improper use, such as scratches (hence rust) and tent mould due to folding up before tent completely dried.
Items/parts that are considered consumables are not covered by 2 years replacement warranty, such as jockey wheels, Tyre, tent zippers etc.
Client is able to return if it is a warranty issue for us to rectify no refunds at this stage if over 7 days.
Warranty is subjected to our approval after a full inspection has been made from us to determine that the issues are genuine and deliberate.
Warranty services, including booking, dropping off, picking up and actual service jobs, are only available from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
The postage cost will be on the purchaser’ s expense in both directions; Any faulty Part needs to be sent back to us at purchaser’ s expense.
Kindly retain your receipt/invoice for this product for proof of purchase.
Customer should look through this warranty paper, as well as product checking list, and sign when pick up camper trailer, as proof of warranty, starting from date of purchase.
